As an agency, we track over 30 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in our backend. For you as a solo creator, this deep dive is neither useful nor necessary—it's simply overwhelming.

Instead, we recommend focusing on just three core KPIs. These are easy to track, very simple to calculate, and immediately indicate what is already going well and what you can still optimize.

Crucially, don't be discouraged if your numbers aren't strong yet. Low metrics are actually great news! It means you have massive leverage and can achieve significantly better results with minimal effort and quick, smart adjustments.

Conversion Rate

$$ \text{CR} = \frac{\text{New Subscribers}}{\text{Profile Visitors}} \times 100 $$

For example: (350 New Subscribers / 10,000 Profile Visitors) x 100 = 3,5% Conversion Rate

$$ \frac{\text{350}}{\text{10 000}} \times 100 = 3,5 $$

This simply means that 3,5% of all people who visit your page end up subscribing.

Texting Ratio

$$ \frac{\text{Revenue from Sales + Tips}}{\text{Subscription Revenue}} $$

Example:

$$ \frac{\text{14,000 + 2000}}{\text{1200}} = 13,33 $$

PPV Purchase Rate

$$ \frac{\text{Amount of bought PPVs}}{\text{Amount of sent PPVs}} \times 100 $$

Example:

$$ \frac{\text{74 bought PPVs}}{\text{100 sent PPVs}} \times 100= 74 $$
